Carrera Exclusiv Chevrolet Corvette '62 Stars'n Stripes (analog). 

This is a special model of the Corvette with classic double headights (car does not have working lights).  For the last time Bill Mitchell worked on the Corvette-bodywork in 1962, which had already become quite aged for American circumstances.  It's 5-year old basic shape finally vanished form the scene in 1963.
